I decided that this month is gonna be a month of Living with Gratitude.
Eating and Moving with gratitude specifically. Also taking special time to support events in my community that nourish others in need both mentally and physically.
I do this a couple times a year when I loose direction or start to sway from my ultimate purpose in life. This is a mental and physical reset for me.
